Lawrie Quaich Texas Scramble - RESCHEDULED DATE

Hi Ladies

The new date for the Lawrie Quaich is Sunday 22nd September at Melrose.

The entry is for a team of 4 and all entries should be sent to Tara at taramactaggart@hotmail.co.uk

This is a great way to end the golfing season so let’s get a high number of entries to enjoy the day.

Lawrie Quaich - cancelled

Unfortunately I have had to come to the decision to cancel the Lawrie Quaich Texas Scramble on Sunday 

due to a disappointing lack of entries.

I will however arrange for an alternative day at the end of September for this to be re-arranged and

I will let you know very soon as the confirmed date.

Mackie Bowl 2019

A huge congratulations to 3 of our Border County Ladies who competed in the Mackie Bowl at Gullane Golf Club 

on Sunday.

Julie, Leanne and Tara all finished within the Top 25 of the competition. What a fantastic achievement ladies

Commonwealth Spoons - Results

Hi Ladies,
The Commonwealth Spoons was held at Selkirk Golf Club today which was mainly dry but very breezy in the afternoon. The results of the day are as follows:

1st Anne Patterson & Margaret Bland (nett 73) Minto
2nd Denise Richards & Sheila Horsburgh (nett 74) Peebles
3rd Alison Rutherford & Diane Cassidy (nett 75) Selkirk.

Lawrie Quaich Entry

Hi Ladies,

I hope your golfing season is going well. Entries are now open for the Lawrie Quaich being held at Melrose on Sunday 4th August.

This is a texas scramble tournament so please find 3 friends and come along for fun day out. Please just drop me an email with your entry.

Entry Open - Commonwealth Spoons

Hi Ladies,

Our next Border Ladies Competition is the Commonwealth Spoons on Sunday 21st July at Selkirk Golf Club. This is a foursomes event so find a friend and send me your entry with your preferred tee time (am or pm).

Please note that if you do not specify a morning or afternoon tee time when you enter, you will be slotted into the draw where possible and once the draw has been published there will be no adjustments made from there.

Please encourage all your fellow club ladies as you are all members of the County and come and meet new ladies in the area and have fun.

I look forward to seeing a great turnout at Selkirk.
