The Borders qualifier for the commonwealth spoons was held on Sunday. We were disappointed to be pulling on the waterproofs and upping the brollies after the recent fine spell but all participants enjoyed the afternoon's golf. Our thanks go to Lauder golf club for courtesy of the course.
Sharon Paterson and Leanne Wilson qualified with a score of 71 (handicap 7). The finals are at Ladybank on 4th September. We wish them well for the finals
